Barath Sankararaman is originally from South India, but grew up in Hong Kong and Macau and spent most of his adult life in the US before moving to Germany. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master's degree in Operations Engineering, and an MBA in General Management. He is currently a group leader and IT architect at the Venusberg Medical Campus in Bonn. He has also trained several IT helpdesk and technical support agents in English through specific channels, including telephone, email, live chat, and social media. He is interested in imparting strong English language skills that can help navigate through various customer interactions, handle complaints gracefully, and assist customers efficiently.
Away from work, he enjoys travelling, designing robots and playing cricket.
