The Indian kitchen is fond of fish and plenty of fresh herbs and vegetables as well as an array of different spices, that can be adjusted according to personal taste. As well as learning the art of delectable fish and vegetable preparation, this course will introduce you to a magical world of pulses, that are equally a mainstay of Indian cuisine. All cooking will take place on induction hobs in the teaching kitchen.Bring 2 tea towels and some Tupperware boxes for leftovers. Please pay the total costs for cooking ingredience of 15 EUR at the first lesson directly to your teacher. We cook in the teaching kitchen with induction hobs. Please bring 2 or 3 storage boxes to keep any leftovers, and any drinks that you might wish to have. The course will be conducted in English, giving you the opportunity to enhance your cooking and language skills at the same time. The course is suitable for anyone with a level A2/B1 in English. If you have any food intolerances, please contact the department before the course evening.
