Have you ever tried, but failed, to fully understand British films, TV series or simply the daily conversation of native English speakers? This course will make you familiar with the ins and outs of English vocabulary: phrasal verbs, slang, idioms, puns, euphemisms, proverbs/sayings and non-sexist language. You will thereby learn to "break the code" and use these categories of words and phrases like native speakers.
Requirements: about Abitur exam level English or better.
