David Wood has been an English-language trainer, philosophy teacher, and translator for over twenty years. Originally from Australia, he was educated at the University of Adelaide, University College Dublin, the Sorbonne (Université Paris 4), and the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, receiving his PhD in the history of philosophy in 2009. He also teaches academic reading and writing at the Universität Bonn.
