You are cordially invited to enjoy the taste and food culture of Pakistan on this cooking evening. Pakistani food is known to be aromatic, spicy, full of flavor and herbs. Spices and herbs are the culinary specialties of Pakistani cuisine. They can help strengthen the immune system, influence the metabolism and prevent inflammation. There are a variety of dishes such as the traditional biryani, which consists of fluffy, fragrant rice layered over tender and succulent pieces of meat with intriguing aromas of spices and herbs. Curries, lentils and desserts from Pakistan are very popular for their rich and aromatic flavors. On this evening you will get to know a few selected and delicious recipes. Cooking will take place in the teaching kitchen with induction hobs. Please bring a few plastic boxes for possible leftovers and something to drink. The costs for cooking ingredients of 10 EUR are already included in the fee! This course is suitable for anyone with an A2-B1 level in English.
